Understanding Stress
El estrés es una parte normal de la vida. La reducción del estrés nos ayuda a sentirnos más en control de nuestras vidas. Los participantes identificarán las estrategias personales de autocuidado, entenderán el estrés como parte normal de la vida, identificarán las causas individuales y los síntomas actuales del estrés y discutirán algunas prácticas para manejarlo.
Stress is a normal part of life. Reducing stress helps us feel more in control of our lives. Participants will identify personal self-care strategies, understand stress as a normal part of life, identify individual causes and current symptoms of stress, and discuss and practice some stress management skills.
