Participants will have an in depth look at the Personnel Qualifications Domain of the QRIS Portfolio. We will review examples of Standards and discuss necessary required evidence. Participants will learn how focusing on these areas can develop their personal and professional leadership. Specific quality improvement areas of each Standard will be discussed for guidance to improving program quality. Participants will complete their Personnel Qualifications section of their QRIS Portfolio.
