Creating a Community

In this training educators will explore methods of genuine, respectful engagement with all families. We will identify what information and activities can best support the bond between educators and families. Educators will gain awareness on how to move beyond holiday parties, how to celebrate diversity while avoiding tokenism, and how to include families who say they don’t have a culture.
