Linking Program Philosophy and Activities Through the Use of Outcomes
Let's start at outcomes! What do you want the children and youth in your program to be able to know and do? How does your program philosophy and activities reinforce this? Outcomes are different than outputs, or activities that you do to meet the goals of your program philosophy. In this session we untangle outcomes from activities and explore ways to integrate the two concepts with the philosophy of your program, using outcomes as the driving force to ensure alignment
