Supporting Families of Children with Special Needs

Participants will explore inherent challenges and exceptional experience of parents in coping the impact of special needs upon their family. This will include in depth exploration of wide variety of strategies to support families in stress by increasing their coping skills and knowledge, and utilization and coordination of community resources to support families in resolving issues and concerns they face.
