Diversity and Equality in a Child Care

Equality and diversity are important issues to be addressed especially in an environment which cares for young children. Respecting diversity and equality is fundamental to the well-being of children and their families. Participants will examine different approaches used for creating welcoming learning environments for children and explore options for increasing equality and diversity within their program.
