Bullying can present itself in many ways. To give youth a solid foundation for dealing with these situations afterschool professionals need to be informed and prepared. In this workshop we will examine the characteristics of bullying and the differences between normal conflict. We will explore strategies to develop youth skills in dealing with bullying, taking action and building self esteem.
