Establishing family relationships is extremely important when we care for children. In this workshop, we will examine different techniques for building partnerships and maintaining positive communication with families. Moreover, we will explore and develop strategies to respect, support, and empower families and select modern practices for building positive relationships. In addition, we will discuss how to resolve possible conflicts constructively.
