Helping Kids to Bounce Back

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from stress and adversity and take on new challenges. Research shows that resiliency has a significant impact on physical and mental development. In this workshop we will examine the research and the critical abilities that are associated with resiliency in children and youth. We will also explore and practice strategies that support development in these key areas.
