Color Me Healthy (CMH) curriculum is designed to improve fruit and vegetable intake and increase physical activity among 4 and 5 year old preschool settings by increased exposure to nutrition education and opportunities for physical activity. Staff will become familiar with using the Color Me Healthy activities through hands on interactive instruction. Be prepared to move! Curriculum and supplies will be provided to each UMCHS classroom.
