Temperaments: Flexible, Fearful or Feisty?

In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the concept of inborn temperament and explore how to work with the temperaments of children in their care to create a good fit. They will learn about nine temperamental traits and three temperament types (flexible, fearful and feisty). They will explore ways to work with temperament to better respond to the needs of the children they serve.
