This class is for child care providers who want to reflect on their relationships with the families they work with each day. Building relationships with families strengthens your capacity to work with the children in your care. We will learn how to maintain clear boundaries, evaluate the barriers to partnerships with families, and increase positive communication between child care providers and families. This course is designed to create an opportunity for people to provide and receive support from colleagues who are dedicated to their important work with children.
