Managing your emotions can be tough at any age! We can convey our emotions in many different ways...more than just mad, sad, glad. In this workshop we will explore our personal emotional development and how that impacts how we respond to children’s emotions. Practice how we respond to children’s emotions. Practice strategies that will help you improve your stress levels and handle the ongoing challenges of working with young children.
