Written contracts are essential to avoiding unnecessary misunderstandings between you and the families you work with. They help you clearly state what you offer and what both parties can expect from the arrangement. They are also essential in helping you be proactive and avoid collection problems. We will examine the key elements that your contract should include and give you the opportunity to write a contract that fits your needs.
