Praise and rewards can damage our relationship with children.  The use of praise or rewards does not make children feel supported.  It makes thm feel evaluated and judged which can be dangerous. Join us for a discussion of better ways to interact with children than always responding with " Good Job" or " Good Boy/Girl"
