Child care programs cannot achieve quality improvement requested by the Oregon’s Quality Improvement System (QRIS) without teamwork. Everyone's knowledge, skills and participation are necessary. We will explore how your staff participation is vital in order to improve, record, and sustain quality improvements in your child care program.
