Children with Special Needs possess a range of strengths in which caregivers/educators can build on. We will explore: (1) participants' perceptions of "exceptionalities" as a gateway to understanding the range of human experiences; (2) characteristics of students with mild to moderate exceptionalities; and (3) and ways to facilitate success.
