Eating the Alphabet and Other Nutritious Lessons
Participants will have an opportunity to evaluate the content and policies of their program’s food service based on current research and standards of best practice regarding child nutrition. Participants will also have an opportunity to explore and develop classroom activities that promote healthy choices, including ideas to engage families.
