Medication Administration in Early Education & Child Care Settings-Background and Overview

Developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics, this workshop
will provide an overview to the series of five modules on
medication administration. In this module, you will learn about the
different types of medication, proper storage, handling, and
administration. You learn about the importance of documentation,
and create policies for your program. And you will learn how to
recognize and respond to negative reactions to medication.
