'My Child CAN Talk with His/Her Hands'

What does it mean to be deaf? What is a cochlear implant? Join Heather Vreeland, a Sign Language instructor with 30+ years experience, for answers to these questions and how to get started using sign language at your site. She will share what words to start teaching, what to teach at each stage of development, when to sign and when to talk, and the importance of having family members and friends signing consistently.
