Hosted by Ontario Child Care Resource and Referral and Oregon Parent Education Coalition, and presented by the Ontario Food Bank. This two part workshop will educate attendees to effectively plan and budget for meals in both childcare settings and the home. Participants will learn about making simple and accessible grocery lists that will enable them to make healthy meals more easily. Budgeting and organization will be covered, as well as a menu planning portion in which attendees will learn to prepare healthy and delicious meals for those in their home, their care, and themselves.
