You do not get a second chance to make a first impression! You have just a few moments to make it a lasting impression. Explore ways to provide excellent customer service by developing your skills at handling inquiry calls, doing parent tours and securing enrollment. This workshop is designed to help both centers and family child care explore practices for making great first impressions.
