Un examen de la observación y la evaluación utilizando una lente de "Código de ética cultural" (An Examination of Observation and Assessment Utilizing a “Cultural Code of Ethics” Lens)

As a child care and education professional, the future of children is in your hands. In this session, you will explore how the “Cultural Code of Ethics” defines you from within and how your cultural lens influences they way you understand the world and others around you. Special focus will be paid to the examination of the influence of culture and personal world views on observation and assessment of children. Strategies will be provided for explaining observation and assessment results to families and supporting families in accessing culturally relevant community resources.
