As a Trainer, Center Director or Staff Mentor we are often challenged to help teachers and staff implement what they learn in a training. This class will explore Adult learning theories so you build your teacher workshops, in-service training or mentor sessions around professional development best practices and principles to ensure what you are teaching becomes part of their routines vs. stuck in a binder.
