This training is completed entirely online. The course works best for self-directed learners who will complete coursework and engage in a discussion forum. Clock hours will be given and certificate issued at the end of the month. If coursework is not completed by the closing date for the training, the participant forfeits their registration fee as well as the ability to complete the course. We are not able to issue certificates until the closing date for the training. To receive a refund for an online class, the same policy applies: 3 days notice must be given before the training is scheduled to begin. Participants need: Valid email address & reliable internet.
