Session 21: Respecting Staff Diversity

Each caregivers belongs to a culture that reflects her or his origin, experiences and values. When a program creates a safe emotional climate, each staff member feels respected and valued as a cultural being. Caregivers can develop agreements for being culturally responsive to each other and to the children and families in their care.
