Individualizing for Young Children

Terms like “Individualizing”, “curriculum”, “planning” and “environments” can strike fear in the hearts of any conscientious ECE educator and child care provider, however, it doesn’t have to. This training session helps simplify the concepts and provides tools to use that are child care friendly. There are many things that we all share in common influence our uniqueness like gender, birth order, personality and temperament, multiple intelligence, likes and dislikes, culture and family and personal development. Participants will use such criterial to understand true individualizing as it relates to the population of children they serve
