Designed for both the pre-school and school-age professional, this workshop explores child behavior and how to better manage it in an organized and consistent way. Topics include: child development, program management, and establishing positive discipline systems. Bring a scenario to discuss and spend time focusing on how to better manage the youth in your program. You'll be glad you did!
