Welcoming the New Child to Your Program

For children and families, entering a new program means trusting a new caregiver, new routines, and new children. It’s also a great opportunity to make a positive impression to retain families. In this training, we will discuss ways to ease the transition, ideas to communicate effectively and how to feel welcome.
