Collaborating with Families of English Language Learners
English Language Learners (ELLs) enter school with a variety of knowledge and skills in their native language - their "Funds of Knowledge." This workshop will focus on how effective educators assess students and families' Funds of Knowledge, and use them as vehicles for learning and successful collaboration with diverse families.
