Teaching Children About Race

What do children know about racial and cultural differences? How prepared do you feel to answer their questions about differences? This workshop will explore how to respond to children’s curiosity about race and racism in ways that are developmentally appropriate. We will also delve into how to initiate conversations about race with young children.
