Exploring and Solving Ethical Dilemmas
A Study in Theory and Practice

This workshop aims to explore multiple theories of ethical conduct in the view of the complex and diverse relationships child care providers and teachers have within the field of child care and education. We will examine several published codes of ethical conduct including NAEYC, NEA, and NAA. We will have the opportunity to reflect on personal values and professional practice. We will practice using diverse approaches for the solving of ethical dilemmas.
