Outdoor Food Safety
You will learn about nutritious foods to eat during the summer. As well as how to handle, prepare and store such food safely.
You will learn how to safely marinate and can foods, the risks of drinking unsanitary water, and how to recognize the
difference between poisonous and edible mushrooms and berries. We will plan a schedule for each day for the summer period.
The focus will be on safety and health.
