Child Development: Starting at the Beginning (Birth to 5)

Class participants will have the opportunity to learn and/or review ages and stages (birth to 5) of child development for the typical child. You will study how adults can help enhance the child's experience at each stage, learn ways to identify and nurture culturally important behaviors, and practice observation techniques to aid in individualizing content and methods of teaching for each child.
