Diverse Conversations with Diverse Individuals

As professionals, we interact with adults from many different cultures and perspectives. These conversations can become challenging as we work hard to get our point across and, at the same time, listen and understand. In this course we will actively engage in examining our personal communication styles as well as exploring methods for being culturally responsive in diverse conversations.
