Child care providers are often the first adults that care for children outside of family members. The bonds that children experience with these primary caregivers affects growth, development, trust and the ability to establish and maintain life long relationships. We will explore the differences in attachment, discuss strategies for increasing positive relationships between a child and child care provider and talk about the impact of this happy and healthy relationship on a child’s development!
