Being culturally responsive to our families is an ongoing learning process. This workshop will help you explore strategies to learn and develop practices that support culturally responsive learning. We will look at two ways we share information between staff and families. Parent procedures and policy handbooks will be examined for family friendly and respectful tone. A survey will be created to allow families to evaluate how your program addresses their needs.
