Cómo diseñar una Filosofía que apoya el programa

Participants will self-reflect on their values and beliefs of working with young children and how to channel those experiences into a working philosophy for their programs. Participants will engage in small group discussions to brainstorm how establishing a philosophy lends itself to increasing the professionalism of their program.
