Becoming a Great Leader is an Inside-Out Process

Participants will examine their present understanding of leadership traits and leadership styles. They will explore and link their emotional intelligence to developing higher level leadership skills. Participants will leave this training with a leadership skills growth plan that will assist them as they work to grow themselves and others professionally.
