Are your preschoolers ready for Kindergarten? How do you know? Partnering with schools is an important step in ensuring that the preschoolers in your program are prepared and ready to learn! Through case scenarios, analysis of the latest research and a critical evaluation of your current strategies we will create an implementation plan for partnering with the schools in your community to support children and family readiness for the transition to kindergarten.
