Collaborating with many different agencies and organizations can be tough. Yet, collaboration is the key to successful and sustainable programs! In this workshop we will explore what makes a good collaboration and the steps to take for long term and healthy partnerships. Strategies for reaching out to new partners as well as keeping existing partnerships will be shared.
