Giving children a strong emotional foundation is an important part of a child's development. When we help children better understand their feelings and give them tools on how to deal with those feelings, we can reduce problematic behaviors and instill confidence in children. This course first gives an introduction and overview of the emotional literacy tool, Pocket Full of Feelings; and then provides caregivers and parents with fun and creative ideas on how to implement this valuable program.
