Equity Resource Guide: Overview, Introduction, Activities, Strategies and Resources for Engaging Participants in Training

To support culturally and linguistically responsive training, TCII has created an Equity Resource Guide that is aligned with the Oregon Registry Core Body of Knowledge. This guide provides resources and tools for integrating equity-based practices into content for training childhood care and education providers. Engaging participants in equity-based professional development requires opportunities for personal reflection, activities that support a wide-range of diverse learner needs, and opportunities to consider how training content integrates with cultural values and beliefs. Explore activities, strategies, and resources for ways to engage participants.
