Equity and Diversity are important and complex concepts that should be integrated in all education services in Oregon. In this session, you will explore personal beliefs that contribute to your personal and world view of different cultures. You will examine and become familiar with Oregon’s OEIB Equity Lens and what it means for working with families and children from Oregon’s diverse cultural communities.
