Watching and Wondering Infant & Toddler Behavior
Extend & Explore: Watching and Wondering Infant & Toddler Behavior

Children engage in challenging behavior for a variety of reasons, but all children use behavior to communicate messages. Using "watch, wonder, and adapt" strategies can help caregivers understand the purpose or meaning of behavior. Practice developing a problem-solving plan based on your understanding of the "why" to support young children who exhibit challenging behavior. This is a "make-up" class for a class previously cancelled.
