Understanding Yourself in a Diverse World

In this class, child care providers will explore how oppression and superiority has impacted their identity by focusing on socio-economic status and race development. The training also gives providers a chance to plan how to be leaders and allies in a diverse world by evaluating their present strategies on how to create change and equity in their programs.
