This class is from the I Am Moving, I Am Learning Series. In this session participants will learn the importance of integrating movement activities with children every day. You will learn to differentiate between moderate activity and vigorous activity, and demonstrate appropriate MVPA activities for preschool-aged children. Participants will learn to recognize how school readiness skills across all areas of early learning are supported through MVPA activities.
