Assertiveness: How to Say What You Want and Get What You Want

Have trouble getting your point across? This workshop will focus on practicing listening and speaking with respect to children and adults. Providers will learn how to use assertive language effectively as well as practicing conflict resolution by looking for a win-win solution.
