Bafa'-Bafa' Understanding Diversity

In BaFá-BaFá, participants come to understand the powerful effects that culture plays in every person’s behavior and what is required of each person to live or work with people who have different values.

Going through this simulation training will help you understand what it feels like to be the one person in a group who is different, showing how easily stereotypes can be developed and what must be done to overcome them.
