In this workshop, students will examine their personal teaching style and approach to problem solving and apply Effective ECE Leadership Competencies as a way to improve leadership and collaboration skills. Together we will also explore Appreciative Inquiry strategies that will enhance, challenge, and better support our professional relationships. This workshop will provide you with time to develop new strategies to overcome your challenges and celebrate your successes!
